Every church and every Christian should have good literature available to give to
friends and contacts.
Sound tracts are a resource for Christians and their churches to pass on the Good
News of Jesus Christ to the contemporary world. The Tract’s aren’t merely “thought
provokers” but condensed talks so the readers can really think about contemporary
issues and through them engage with the claims of Christ.
Maybe because we’re being told something about a sort of event that doesn’t happen
very often.“I’ve never seen it or heard of it, so I’m more sceptical. I’ve no experience
to measure it against.” In a similar way, it might be hard to believe something about
a totally unique event – a one-off in history that can never be repeated, perhaps
because of the people involved or the importance of the occasion. (Of course in one
sense all events are unique and never to be repeated because of the fact that they
take place in time.)
And that is exactly the position when it comes to the person of Jesus Christ – his
life, death and resurrection. The facts are unique, never-to be repeated.
